Our firm specializes in providing peace of mind to our partners and clients in Program and Project Management, Roadway Design, Drainage Design, Temporary Traffic Control Design, Highway Concepts, and Quality Control/Quality Assurance Reviews. ANTHEM provides big firm experienced leadership wrapped in an SBE/DBE package allowing FDOT to meet their SBE/DBE goals with highly qualified consultant partners.
